Abbey Niezgoda

Originally from Houston, Texas, Abbey Niezgoda is currently a sophomore at Emerson College, majoring in Broadcast Journalism and minoring in Political Communication. She is the Executive Producer and a reporter of EIV News at 6, awarded Station of the Year by the Associated Press. She also spends time anchoring and producing for the WERS 88.9 FM News Department as well as anchoring the news on Good Morning Emerson. She has a love for storytelling and meeting new people while doing it. At the same time, she is also drawn to the political scene, getting the chance to cover both Bill Clinton and Barack Obama during this historic election year. She has a passion for the press, but a personality drawn to politics, which is why the NCA Convention is an event that sparks both areas of her interest.
